Their pitcher displayed exceptional skill, allowing only 3 hits while striking out 12 batters. Freshman Grayson Lunsford's stellar performance on the mound was pivotal in securing the shutout.While only being a Freshman, Lunsford has racked up some impressive stats with a fielding percentage of .984, an on base percentage of .295, and a batting average of .169.

Contributions on the offensive front were equally noteworthy, with 4 players notching at least 1 hit. Including junior, Kendell Hale, going 1-for-2, crossed the plate for a run, while freshman Coleman Schafer, had a 1-for-4 performance, and scored twice.
