The Independence Patriots showcased their dominance once again on Friday night, securing a commanding 10-0 victory over the East Meck Eagles. This win provided the Patriots with valuable momentum as they approach the conclusion of their season.

During the game, the Patriots dominated offensively. Sydnee Platt (Fr) went 3-for-3, scored 1 run, and added 2 RBI helping the Patriots secure the victory.

Reflecting on the game and outlook going forward, Coach Amanda Jardina stated “Kimber Mulkey singled in the 2nd to score our first run on her senior night, and we couldn’t be happier for her. Their pitcher, Gigi, is solid and always makes us work on offense. We were able to execute and defend the small ball game, which helped us solidify the win, but we’ve got to get back to work and finish the last week of regular season strong”
