Weddington Warriors Take Down Parkwood

The Weddington softball team, with a record of 6-0, secured a commanding 10-0 victory over Parkwood (5-3) on Thursday night. The game remained close for the first 2 1/2 innings, but the Warriors broke it open with an eight-run third inning, leading them to their sixth consecutive win.

Madelyn Miller showcased her strength on the mound for the Warriors, contributing to her team's success. She also made significant offensive contributions with a double during the third-inning rally and a home run during the game.

The Weddington Warriors are scheduled to face off against Porter Ridge on March 22nd at 5:00 PM.
