Western Alamance Moves On To The FInal Four

Western Alamance (22-0-2) demonstrated their determination and offensive dominance on Thursday with a hard-fought 2-1 victory over the Hunt Warriors (18-5-1) . This win marked yet another victory in their impressive streak, bringing their consecutive win streak to 11.

Sophomore Alison Thomas and SeniorTrinity Robinson were the stars for Western Alamance, each scoring a goal and bringing their combined season total to 29 goals. Robinson has become a force to reckon with this year, totaling 18 goals, 17 assist, while averaging 1 goal and 1 assist per game.

Freshman Callie Athas has made her field presence noticed. She currently has a total of 38 goals, and 19 assist while consistently averaging 2 goals per game and 1 assist. Another freshman to look out for is Camden Markey, her goaltending skills have gone unmatched with an average of 4.8 saves per game, and a total of 114 saves.

This win extended Western Alamance's perfect home record to 11 straight victories and improved their overall season record to an impressive 22-0-2. For Hunt, the defeat ended their four-game away winning streak, leaving them with a season record of 18-5-1.
