Services (Photography & Videography)

All photography and videography services are non-refundable.

Due to the time, scheduling, and resources required, refunds will not be issued once a service is booked or completed.

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will review your concern and may offer:

Minor edits or revisions (if applicable)
Adjustments based on the original scope of work

Physical Products (Apparel, Prints & Merchandise)

We accept returns on eligible physical products within 10 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused and unworn
Item must be in original condition and packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized products
Digital media or downloads
Final sale or clearance items
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

How to Start a Return

Wait for return approval and instructions
Ship the item back to the address provided

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Physical product orders may be canceled within 24 hours if not yet processed or shipped
