Cancellation Policy
County Sports Photography & Videography Policy 1. Services Provided County Sports provides on-site photography and videography services for sporting events, practices, and related activities. Our network of photographers and videographers will arrive at the scheduled time and location to capture high-quality content of athletes and game action. All delivered content will be professionally edited and provided in a ready-to-use digital format. 2. Content Delivery Final images and/or videos will be delivered digitally via an online gallery or file-sharing platform. Delivery timelines may vary depending on workload but are typically completed within a reasonable timeframe. Packages include a set number of edited images as outlined at the time of purchase. 3. Usage Rights All content provided is for personal, non-commercial use only. County Sports retains full ownership and copyright of all images and video captured. County Sports reserves the right to use any content for: Marketing Social media Promotional materials Portfolio use Restrictions: Content may not be resold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent. Content may not be altered, edited, or redistributed without permission. Clients may not grant usage rights to third parties. 4. Booking & Payment Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required to secure your booking. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. 5. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable. County Sports reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. If County Sports is unable to fulfill the service due to internal issues, a reschedule or refund may be offered at our discretion. 6. No Refund Policy All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital media services, no refunds will be issued once services have been rendered or content has been delivered. 7. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the event location. Clients must obtain any necessary permissions from teams, venues, or organizations.
