During the clash with the Vikings, Katelyn Brandon, committed to Gaston College, showcased her skills both in the circle and at the plate, securing the win and going 4-4 with a towering shot over the center field fence.

The standout performance didn't stop there. Campbell Schaen delivered an outstanding complete game shutout, marking her 400th Strike Out milestone. As a key player for the Blue Devils throughout the undefeated season, the College of Charleston signee has been a force on the mound with a 1.15 earned run average, 117 strikeouts, and four shutouts in her first 17 games.

Schaen's versatility was on full display, not only excelling as a pitcher but also contributing significantly to the team's offensive firepower with a .420 batting average, 18 hits, and 16 RBIs.

The Blue Devils continued their winning streak by triumphing over the Cuthbertson Cavaliers with a final score of 12-7. While Gabby Martens and Alexis Juhl made notable contributions for the Cavaliers, including Juhl's home run and three RBIs, the Blue Devils' relentless performance led them to another victory.

Next up for the Blue Devils is a showdown with Lake Norman (13-8) on Friday at 6:00 PM, as they aim to maintain their undefeated record and continue their impressive season.
